Class, 3 days each week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Starts June 2nd, 6AM - 7AM. Meets at Totally
Sound Fitness, walk / run to Westside Park-Redmond (close to
Microsoft) for outdoor exercising fun! Exercise mat
and resistance tubing needed and "positive" attitude!
Necessary equipment can be purchased through Totally Sound
Fitness. Camp Fee: $20.00 per day.
